Product Marketing Manager

What you will be working on

  1. Website storytelling and asset creation
    Take ownership of improving how our product story is communicated through the website. Work on website content, structure, and messaging to ensure clarity and consistency. In addition, create other materials such as documentation, whitepapers, decks, customer stories, and videos that support our marketing and sales goals.
  2. Market research
    a. Positioning and messaging: Define the product’s value, target audience, and differentiation to make it stand out in the market.
    b. Market and customer Insights: Research customer needs and competitor trends, and translate insights into actionable input for product, partner and sales teams.
    c. Go-to-market strategy: Plan launches and campaigns, aligning cross-functional teams on GTM goals.
  3. Sales and partner enablement
    Plan partner and team training, create training content and enable partner teams with necessary sales materials that help communicate product value and use cases effectively.
  4. Adoption and analysis
    Drive awareness and usage through website, social media, webinars, 3rd-party app listings and more. Measure performance, gather feedback, and work towards improving reach and engagement.

What are we looking for

  1. 5–7 years of experience in SaaS product marketing.
  2. Strong writing and storytelling ability, with a focus on clear and structured communication.
  3. Experience developing website content and improving product narratives across digital touchpoints.
  4. Comfortable working closely with product, design, and partner teams.
  5. Analytical and self-driven, with the ability to identify opportunities and execute independently.
